If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered. This policy allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, certificates (if any), and accessories included. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including resizing) will void the return eligibility. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings are not returnable.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@meiara.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Meiara reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
