- Click Add to Cart → Checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
- Complete payment and your order is confirmed instantly.
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and secure online payments.
All payments are processed through encrypted and secure gateways for safe shopping.
How Do I Know If My Order Is Confirmed?
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email
- SMS/WhatsApp confirmation
- Unique Order ID
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
You will receive another notification once your jewellery is dispatched with tracking details.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Is Placed?
Yes — but only before your order is shipped. If you need to update your shipping address:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Return window:
You can request a return within 72 hours of delivery.
Eligible for return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Important notes:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customised or engraved jewellery cannot be returned.
- Hygiene products like earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.
