Return Process

  4. Ship the Return: Use approved shipping method, insure for full value, and keep tracking number.
  5. Quality Inspection: Inspection within 48-72 hours; verification of condition and documentation.
  6. Refund Processing: Approved returns processed within 5-7 business days; credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Value:

  • Sterling Silver: 100% of current market rate
  • Moissanite Stones: 70% of original invoice value

Conditions: Original invoice & GRA certificate required; quality inspection determines final value.

Damaged or Defective Products

Report within 24 hours, retain all packaging, and document damage with photos. Options: full replacement, full refund, or exchange. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.

Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

  • 30-day manufacturing warranty covering craftsmanship, stone setting, structural or plating defects
  • Lifetime warranty on GRA-certified moissanite stones (excluding accidental or improper damage)
  • Repair services after warranty include stone resetting, rhodium re-plating, clasp/chain repair, and resizing
