RETURN ELIGIBILITY
7-Day Return Window
All jewelry purchases are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. This window allows sufficient time to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.
Conditions for Return
- Timeframe: Return request initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Condition: Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Packaging: Original box, pouch, and all packaging materials included
- Documentation: Original invoice, GRA certificate, and authenticity card
- Tags: All tags and seals intact and unbroken
Acceptable Reasons for Return
- Defective or Damaged Product: Manufacturing defects, damaged stones, or broken components
- Incorrect Item: Product received differs from what was ordered
- Quality Concerns: Product does not match the description or specifications
- Sizing Issues: Ring or bracelet does not fit as expected (subject to conditions)
- Not as Expected: Product appearance significantly differs from website images
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Earrings and Nose Pins: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective
- Customized or Personalized Items: Pieces made to custom specifications or with engraving
- Altered Products: Items that have been resized, repaired, or modified after delivery
- Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased at discounted prices during promotional events (unless defective)
Condition-Based Exclusions
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
- Missing original packaging, tags, or documentation
- Product altered, resized, or repaired by third parties
- Return request made after the 7-day window
- Product condition differs from when it was delivered
RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery via Email, Phone, or WhatsApp. Provide order number, reason for return, photographs of the product, packaging, and documentation.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return authorization, shipping instructions, and a shipping label (for eligible returns). Do not ship without authorization.
Step 3: Package the Return
- Place jewelry in original box and pouch
- Include all original packaging materials, invoice, GRA certificate, and authenticity card
- Use outer packaging to protect against transit damage
- Attach return shipping label provided
Step 4: Ship the Return
Use the return shipping method provided, keep receipt and tracking number, and insure the package for its full value.
Step 5: Quality Inspection
Returned items will be inspected by our quality team for condition, documentation, and authenticity. You will be notified within 48-72 hours of receipt.
Step 6: Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on bank processing times.

Partial Refunds

- Applicable GST deducted
Buyback Process

- Receive preliminary estimate
- Ship product for final assessment

Exchange Value
- Sterling Silver (925): 100% of silver weight at current market rate
- Moissanite Stones: 70% of original invoice value

- Making charges and taxes on new purchase apply; pay difference if new item is higher value
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Reporting Damage
Do not use the item, document damage with photos, keep packaging, and contact customer service within 24 hours.

- Full replacement: same product shipped at no cost
